Jess was 100% the right person. She helped us with our service outfits, plus our family themed Halloween costumes. She was a sheer pleasure to work with. We did some stuff in person, including a very efficient and successful Bloomingdale's trip. We also ordered outfits online. Jess was available whenever I needed.
